Slipstream
is located in the centre of an area called Wemyss. You'll notice several
mis-spelt versions of this around. Park your car under the shaded driveway
and walk straight out on to the beach. The bay is approximately 4 miles
in length and the average water depth is around 6 foot. You can walk straight
out from the house for about 200 yards, without getting too deep. Your
own private swimming pool.
On the right of the house, where the sun appears to set each night, are
Dilda Rocks - a nice place for an easy first snorkel - there are plenty
of fish, lobster, conch and a small nurse shark that lives under the nearest
rock shelf. But that can wait...that Seabreeze is waiting for you in the
fridge, so grab a glass and welcome to Slipstream....
